Mr. Lemmon retired from the State of California as a senior telecommunications engineer after 38 years of service. He has a wide range of experience, including radio system design, communications vaults, tower antenna system design, government procurement and bidding processes, telecommunications equipment specifications, radio coverage prediction studies and FCC licensing rules and regulations.
Mr. Lemmon is the Director of the West District for the National Regional Planning Council (NRPC), the chair of FCC Region 6 700 and NPSPAC 800 MHz Regional Planning Committees, and is the APCO local frequency advisor for Northern California.
